📬 Processing & Fulfillment Times

• Domestic (U.S. & Territories): 5–10 business days
• International: 10–15 business days minimum
• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (additional fees apply)

Please note: Processing times begin after payment is confirmed. Pre-orders will follow estimated release or restock dates and will be updated throughout the production timeline.

📦 Pre-Orders & Custom Items

If you purchased a pre-order or a custom handcrafted item, shipping may take longer depending on production schedules. Updates will be sent via email whenever possible.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method selected. We do not upcharge shipping fees and strive to offer accurate and fair pricing.

🌍 Global Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! Customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.

🛒 Amazon Orders

If you purchased through Amazon (U.S. or International), your shipping and delivery experience may differ. We’ll do our best to assist if issues arise, but some order corrections may need to be handled directly with Amazon customer service.

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier systems to update.

While most items arrive within the estimated time frame, delays can occur due to:
